Return and Refund Policy

• No returns on opened/used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

• Returns are only accepted if you receive the wrong item or a damaged/defective product.

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos/videos.

• If approved, we’ll replace the product or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• Sale items, free gifts, and promotional products are not returnable or refundable.
